  • Lead the Static Equipment/mechanical activities for North Field Expansion (NFXP) Offshore Project, ensuring technical requirements (e.g. project specifications, data sheets, etc.) fully comply with project deliverables and standardized processes and to provide design support to NFE Offshore Engineering Manager ensuring all aspects are delivered to the highest standards.
  • Ensure that the Contractors Static Equipment for Topsides, Onshore Facilities (Offshore scope) Engineering, comply with the Contract requirements including codes and standards. Provide guidance to the contractor to promote compliance.
  • Provide extensive knowledge and understanding on the requirements of ECPI, communicating and efficiently translating Company requirements and data into an efficient delivery from the contractor. Collaborate across disciplines (including Structural, Electrical, Mechanical, Instrumentation, Pipeline, HSSE and Risk), and monitor the progress and delivery of the engineering sections of the work scope.
  • Supports NFE Offshore Engineering Manager in monitoring the contractors progress on delivery of the required Static Equipment documents for Topsides and Pipeline disciplines.
  • Coordinate with Subject Matter Experts with respect the disciplines involved in delivery of the Static equipment related to Topsides and ensures endorsement of Process Technical deviations to Company specifications when required.

  • Required Engineering degree/diploma or equivalent, other qualification, technical or knowledge requirements may be waived through relevant work experience.
  • Minimum of 10 years of relevant experience Static Equipment lead, in a major project environment within the oil and gas industry and having a broad knowledge of engineering execution including design standards, specifications, codes, safety criteria, offshore facilities design, construction and operations.
  • Previous knowledge of Brownfield engineering and execution required.
