Civil Supervisor

Minimum qualification:

B.Sc. degree or equivalent in civil engineering from a recognized university.

Proficiency in English communications (Speak, Read and Write).

Able to write and express complex ideas, instruction and procedures.

Minimum work experience

5 Years work experience in petrochemical, Oil and gas plant in the same position.

Should possess a strong leadership, supervisory background and practical experience in supervision.

Understand and follow plant safety standards and procedure.

Be familiar with petrochemical plant safety hazard.

Familiarity with maintenance program, practices and procedures is essential

Preferable SAP knowledge.

Ability to lead group of technicians to perform activities with safety and quality.

Ability to distribute the daily scheduled jobs and oversee the completion.

Ability to assign scheduled jobs to groups and follow up for completion.

Ability to write report and maintain records.

Ability to analyze and diagnose civil engineering problems.

Ability to write maintenance standard procedure and practices.

Ability to motivate the subordinates.

Ability to handle problems, counseling and discipline subordinates.

Follow standard safety rules and regulations and influence other and provide consulting services if required.

Conduct safety introduction to new employees in accordance with COMPANY safety rules and procedures.

Actively participate in company safety and training programs.

Analyze survey reports, maps, drawings, blueprints, aerial photography, and other topographical or geologic data to plan projects.

Inspect project sites to monitor progress and ensure conformance to design specification and safety or sanitation standards.

Estimate quantities and cost of material, equipment, or labor to determine project feasibility.

Arrange civil contracts and supervise repair jobs.

Provide technical advice regarding design & construction.
