Qualifications

ii. Bachelors degree relevant experience in film production and team leading, producing, television production, digital media, script writing, Journalism, marketing, or related areas
iii. Experience includes knowledge of the principles, techniques, and equipment involved in media productions
Job Description
1. Team leading and supervision the overall operations of film production. Managing the day-to-day activities of the team.
2. Budgeting production projects
3. Execute production projects within the allocated time, material, artistic directions, styles, and budgeting requirements
4. Reporting to Public Relations and communications Department Manager and organizing all production requirements by coordinating with Editors and PR Experts
5. Managing third parties and production service providers, and call-off contracts.
6. Ensure productions quality as per standards, brief and requirements.
7. ensure the production schedules are met.
8. Frequently attending evening and/or weekend activities.
9. Developing quarterly plans for productions in line with the communication strategy of the Public Relations and Communication Department
10. Developing and implementing a timeline to achieve targets.
11. Delegating tasks to team members.
12. Empowering team members with skills to improve their confidence, product knowledge, and communication skills.
13. Ensure that production equipment is technologically up-to-date and meets the needs of the department by researching, evaluating, and recommending equipment purchases.
