JOB SUMMARY

The new temporary resource (Senior Analyst-Oracle Fusion HCM) is required to support the post-Go-Live support & development of change requests of Oracle Fusion ERP HCM suit by providing insight into the Oracle Fusion HCM technical components to help BAS and business teams. This position requires participation/ advisory in the planning, analysis, design, development of Oracle Fusion ERP HCM modules.

An in-house go-to resource will help deliver the overall HCM change requests, incidents with improved quality, and consultation to best serve Clients needs.

Help implement/support a broad portfolio of business and non-clinical applications that include core ERP and integrated applications to support Finance, Supply Chain, and HR businesses as well as other non-clinical applications used across Client. Puts measures and processes to audit benefits realization to assess adoption and realization versus expectations and propose improvements to process, from lessons learned,

KEY ROLE ACCOUNTABILITIES

  • Responsible for serving as the technical subject matter expert (SME) and possessing a deep working knowledge of the Orcale Fusion ERP HCM modules (including navigation, features, functionality, reporting, fast formulas, process flows, and ERP specific tools)
  • Provides technical support and incident resolutions for ERP applications
  • Raises tickets with vendors to provide fixes and patches to key incidents
  • Creates technical designs for new requirements or changes
  • Leads the technical development of the ERP applications
  • Leads the technical development and support of PaaS solutions
  • Designs develops, and quality tests for all ERP applications and interfaces
  • Customizes application software to support the business requirements as required
  • Provide recommendations of the solution by performing a technical and functional assessment of the proposed solution
  • Understands the "as is" environment and provides functional and technical expertise and knowledge of the existing business practices with impact analysis.
  • Supports the BAS application portfolio of applications and all of its complex integration to other external systems such as Cerner and others
  • Reviews product testing and debugging of all enterprise application codes
  • Analyses and investigates issues related to ERP system to support the business requirements.
  • Analyses, designs, and develops Process flow (Process Automation) for related applications or environments
  • Responds quickly and efficiently to any application-related incident that is sent via help desk to the team
  • Performs other technical tasks related to ERP space and provides assistance and support to the BAS team as needed
  • Develops UI and XML interfaces
  • Develops SQL and Shell Scripts
  • Work closely with the BAS team daily to understand business needs, support business change, and adopt Oracle Fusion ERP to its fullest.
  • Assist in defining and optimizing simple yet effective business processes and driving change through negotiation and consensus-building.
  • Provide hands-on configuration support for implemented ERP HCM modules.
  • Advise the BAS team on application functionality and capabilities.
  • Contribute to developing and managing knowledge-sharing methodologies, tools, and creative processes to improve the end-user experience.
  • Guide industry best practices for improving operational efficiencies.
  • Support BAS team for the successful delivery of the business requirements through all phases of the implementation
  • Ensure post-Go-Live support meets high-quality standards and outstanding technical issues are prioritized and resolved.
  • As an expert technical mentor, assist other team members in adopting the best practices required for system implementation/support.
  • Effectively present technical concepts and issues to the BAS team for better decisions and avoid future impacts.
  • Understand business needs and pain areas to provide innovation or expertise to deliver solutions through new applications, functionality, or custom development solutions.
  • Works with the BAS team to ensure business deployment is effectively defined and managed and supports the business to deploy solutions and realize the expected benefits for Client.
  • Provides high-quality application technical support to ensure applications continue to operate as expected when expected to deliver services to Client and patients.
  • Works on assessments and opportunities for new application solutions to present to the management.
  • Explores business risk areas to consider technical solutions that can add value to the business and achieve scalability to grow the workforce.
  • Acts as the central knowledge point in the HCM team for any HCM application needs and understanding and uses that knowledge to support and inform the team as a whole.
  • Analyzes user requirements and challenges to create technical solutions that add value to the business as a whole.
  • Provides innovative solutions as required to improve operations related to applications
  • Works closely with third-party application providers as required to deliver Client business outcomes.
  • Creates technical designs for new requirements or changes
  • Works with other Client IT teams around the integrated systems and business processes to enable fully integrated business flows.
  • Resolves issues that impact the efficiency and accuracy of a business process where technical intervention can provide business improvement and impact efficiency.
  • Takes opportunities to increase the teams knowledge base by sharing business and functional, technical knowledge in formal sessions and all interactions.
  • Utilizes knowledge and seniority to lead major deliverables and lead informal teams with IT and the business.

QUALIFICATIONS, EXPERIENCE, AND SKILLS SELECTION CRITERIA

Education

Graduate in the field of information technology.

Experience

  • Minimum 5+ years of experience in Oracle ERP HCM domain, CoreHR.
  • At least 2 Oracle ERP fusion implementation experiences in organizations of similar size and function.
  • Hands-on functional and technical experience supporting Oracle Fusion ERP in large, complex enterprise environments.
  • With extensive knowledge of business processes as relates to Oracle Fusion ERP. Strong understanding of Oracle Fusion ERP data structures, configurations, and processes.
  • Good understanding of common HR business functions and processes including recruitment, on-boarding, employee administration, benefits, performance management
  • Experience working in a Healthcare facility.
  • Development experience on Oracle Fusion Human Capital Management Modules of CoreHR, Recruitment, Absence & Payroll.

Certification and Licensure

  • Oracle Cloud Certification(s) in Core HR or related certifications to support the job profile.
  • Oracle Certification in Absence/ Recruitment/Payroll.

  • Leads all requirements gathering, workflow analysis, system design, setup, configuration, general consulting, data mapping/ conversion, custom report development, testing, training, and support.

  • Good understanding of Oracle Fusion technology, architecture, and Solutions.
  • Development of HCM Custom Fast Formula as per business requirements (Ex. Payroll Custom Calculations and Absence Validations)
  • Development of HDL (.zip) and Spreadsheet HDL files for supporting business data load needs (HCM Data Loader)
  • Development of Custom BI Report and OTBI reports for HCM
  • Configuration of Workflows for Approval Process (Including SQL Validations)
