Qualifications Bachelor degree in Engineering or applied science.
Knowledge and/or Experience
Minimum 8 years experience in offshore construction industry with broad experience in offshore pipeline installation and facility heavy lifting such as jackets, topsides, bridges and modules.
Extensive experience in supervision of pipelay and heavy lift operations.
Minimum 5 years experience as Field Engineer or Site Supervisor onboard offshore installation vessels.
Worldwide experience with Contractors, in particular those involved in the construction of offshore facilities.
Key Job Accountabilities
1. Acts as Company Representative supporting Vessel Lead to assure safe execution of installation and marine operations.
2. Comunicate activitiy status and progress to PMT for corrective actions.
3. Serve as day-to-day interface with EPC Contractor onboard installation vessel.
4. Monitor and ensure compliance with project specification, procedures and plans.
5. Coordinate with MWS issuance of Certificate of Approval (CoA) to enable efficient execution of operations.
6. Assist in collection of documentation related to installation activities such as equipment and personnel certifications, daily progress reports and minutes of meetings, Management of Change (MOC), survey amd as-built reports to accurately record execution of operations.
7. Assure work execution within established procedures and approve required modifications.
8. Interface with various project team members on resolving related issues that require effective communication, initiative and flexibility to assure effective collaboration.
