Bachelors Degree in relevant discipline (IT Information Technology)

Experience

• 3+ years experience as a Cerner RCM Application Specialist
• 3+ Years experience as a HEI Global RCM Application Specialist
• Understanding of Health Care business processes, operational and functional workflows as it relates to Cerner, HEI Patient Accounting and Registration Solutions
• Cerner General Ledger design and Configuration

Certification and Licensure

• Cerner Millennium Build Certificates

Job Specific Skills and Abilities

• Expert in Cerner Millennium Revenue Cycle solutions (Patient Accounting, GL, Patient Access, Registration and Scheduling)
• Demonstrated expertise in HEI Global Revenue Cycle Contract Management applications.

• Demonstrate CCL Scripting development skills
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
• Ability to conceptualize solutions to project requirements.
• Ability to gather RCM stakeholder requirements and conceptualize system configuration or development solutions.

• Manage Stakeholders requirements and expectations.
• Demonstrated experience in Project Management

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite Fluency in written and spoken English
