About the job PIH Co-Ordinator
Job Description Highlights:
- Prepare for a uniform, timely and adequate development of documents and information necessary for operations.
- Review and coordination of PIH Plans stipulating documentation delivery requirements for all Contractors and subcontractors.
- Identify all necessary actions to complete PIH and monitor (track) execution of the same.
- Identify the necessary procedures and work instructions for development, validation, and timely turnover of PIH.
- Work as an integrator to secure successful completion of PIH.
- Ensure timely preparation of all deliverables to allow turnover to operations according to schedules.
- Secure good communication between disciplines in the project, within procurement, engineering, fabrication, completion, commissioning, operations, and Contractor teams.
- Interact with vendors/suppliers/sub-contractors when clarifications on documentation are warranted.
- Ensure that all PIH requirements are fulfilled by Contractors PIH Coordinator and Assistant(s)
- Perform periodic audits of PIH compliance from all fabrication sites.
- Engineering Degree or similar, relevant experience may be considered if coupled with HNC/HND, however any qualification, technical or knowledge requirements may be waived through relevant work experience.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience working in a PIH role.
- Practical Knowledge on operations requirements asset handover
- Sound written and verbal communication skills and computer literacy and development skills.
