JD Highlights:

  • Provide Company oversight of the NFXP Onshore Project EPC Contractors compliance with RLIC Fire & Life Safety Regulations across both permanent and temporary facilities. This includes construction camps (>40,000 pax), construction temporary facilities (batching plants, fabrication shops, on site offices, site mess halls, general and chemical storage, etc.) as well as contractor offices.
  • Support the monitoring of the operation and maintenance of Contractor camps and temporaries to ensure that they remain compliant with code.
  • Develop reporting on areas of concern, non-compliances with contractual obligations and corrective actions required in permanent and temporary facilities.
  • Maintain relationship with RLIC Fire Rescue and Fire Engineering Department, ensuring clear lines of communication when it comes to ensuring project compliance with RLIC Fire & Life Safety Regulations.
  • Bachelors degree/Bachelor of Technology in Fire Engineering or equivalent or experienced in a Senior Officer position in the Fire Service.
  • Minimum of 10 years practicing Fire and Life Safety in the Oil & Gas Industry and Construction Environment
  • Intimate knowledge of RLIC and specifically RLIC Fire and Life Regulations.
  • Experience of having worked for RLIC Fire Rescue and Fire Engineering.
