Job Description Highlights:
- Bachelor Degree in Engineering discipline
- Minimum eight (8) years of experience in the oil and gas industry preferably in LNG industry with a minimum of 3 years in a management position.
- Identify, develop, and lead closure of interfaces for the North Field South (NFS) CLLNG Balance of Plant (BOP) Contract applicable to NFXP EPC-2 project specifically related to Common Corridors owned by RLIC and Client (OPCO).
- Ensure activities (including approvals) and interfaces with RLIC are undertaken in accordance with Project and NFXP EPC-2 Contractors needs in general, and compatible with Project schedule and cost objectives to avoid delays, change orders and claims.
- Lead all internal and external Project Interfaces with NFS Onshore Project team, other EPCs (EPC1, EPC2, EPC3, EPC4), RLIC and third-party asset owners to secure alignment and expedite approvals of corridors, crossings, Plans and drawings as required to meet Project objectives.
- Lead and coordinate all technical approvals and development of agreements for Land Lease, Corridor Lease, Utilities, Crossings, etc. with RLIC and Client LNG asset owners in a timely manner to ensure project activities are not delayed.
- Support and provide guidance to NFXP EPC-2 Contractors for interface matters related to RLIC and OPCO approvals. Assist in resolution of technical issues with RLIC and OPCO.
- Lead and coordinate design, development, negotiation, interpretation, implementation, and delivery of executed commercial agreements with RLIC and Client LNG asset owners. Coordinate input and support from Client LNG Commercial and Legal for execution of commercial agreements and legal crossing agreements with RLIC and Client LNG asset owners.
