Qualifications Bachelor Degree 

Knowledge and/or Experience

10 years' multi-disciplinary experience in the oil and gas industry encompassing areas such as Projects and Facilities O&M.

Previous experience in managing multi-party coordination and processes to ensure Organizational Readiness for facilities handovers to the operating group and company.

Key Job Accountabilities

1. Coordinates ORR checklist tracking and update for OES Projects (CAT I-III).
2. Ensures availability of supporting documentation to confirm the status and close-out of deliverables listed in ORR Checklists.
3. Coordinates the drafting, reviews and approval of handover deliverables registers (P-to-PA).
4. Maintains and receives the Early Documentation deliverables from the PMT and for provision of consolidated OES comments to the projects.
5. Assists the Completions & Handover Lead in managing stakeholders approvals on Operations
Readiness Plans (ORP) and developing the quarterly updates of OES projects timeline.
6. Provides support in developing and tracking the R&R (roles and responsibilities) matrices with internal and external stakeholders for issue resolution and managing operational readiness and handover.
7. Provides input to OES weekly and monthly reports in relation with the status of ORP, ORR and P-to-PA.
8. Coordinates, maintains and keeps up to date the OES CAT II & III divisions SharePoint Portal.
