11.4.22 - SR. QA/QC ENGINEER

Qualification:

Bachelor's Degree in Engineering (preferably Electrical, Instrumentation, Controls

Engineering or related field) or higher educational qualification in engineering from

internationally recognized Universities.

IRCA Certified QMS Lead Auditor Certification or similar.

ASNT Level-II Certifications in RT/MT/PT/UT is a plus.

Professional certification / affiliation with internationally recognized Quality organizations

like CQI or ASQ or similar is desirable.

Experience:

Minimum 15 years of relevant experience (Minimum of five (5) years lead experience) in

Oil & Gas Industry as part of an internationally recognized EPIC contractor or end

user/owner organization, covering large-scale solar projects or similar nature projects.

Extensive experience in large scale solar (Photovoltaic) construction projects and strong

background in quality management systems.

Brownfield experience is a plus.

Hands on working experience in major EPIC projects with involvement in all phases of EP-

I-C from working level to independently managing / Heading QA/QC function, with

technical expertise in a core discipline.

Working knowledge in the manufacturing, inspection, and certification processes for

equipment/ materials in projects and the associated Quality Assurance and Quality Control

practices.

Working from corporate offices with functional responsibility for simultaneous coordination

/ working / managing multiple projects is desirable.

Working knowledge of using and interpreting Shell DEPs, International Codes / Standards

(IEC, NEC, ASME, ASTM, NACE, AWS, API, BS, ISO and Local Regulations) related to

the job and industry.
