Qualifications Bachelors Degree in Sciences or Engineering
Knowledge and/or Experience
10 years experience in Quality in the Oil & Gas Industry, including 2 years of experience in a supervisory role, including acting roles, or oversight of service/vendor personnel.
Experience in metallurgical and material science. Knowledge in fabrication, manufacturing and construction for the international energy industry.
Work experience preferably with worldwide-integrated energy companies.
Knowledge of Topsides, Pipeline and Subsea Valve/Manifold design, manufacture, fabrication, testing and inspection processes.
Formal advanced leadership training.
Material Engineering/Science & Failure Analysis training from recognised company or institution.
Certified Welding Inspector.
Minimum Level II NDT Inspector training.
Certified Quality Manager.
Certified Lead Auditor.
Technical and Business Skills Certified Welding Inspector.
Courses in ISO9001/API Q1/AQPI Q2 Quality Management Systems,
Certified ASNT IN Non-Destructive Testing, Welding Inspection.
Fluent in written and spoken English.
Strong analytical, leadership and facilitation skills.
Strong communication and influencing skills.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively
