14.7.9 - PROJECTS PERFORMANCE & REPORTING ANALYST

Qualification

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, Computer Science or a related field. Experience
• Ten (10) years experience in a business environment with specific exposure in Business Analysis/Business Intelligence relating to Project Reporting systems for design and construction phases of major Engineering projects. 5 years in a senior position preferably in Oil and Gas organization.

Good exposure of Project Management principles and practices.

Detailed working knowledge of BPM techniques

• Related experience and exposure to ERP and Business Intelligence systems and tools.
• Problem solving and strong analytical skills.
• Demonstrates a commitment to quality and continuous improvement.
• Excellent communication skills in English, both oral and written, as well as good interpersonal, presentation and documentation skills.
• A proven self-starter and team player and be able to coordinate with other team members in completing assigned tasks.
• Innovative approach towards initiating improvements in the reporting structure, processes and system for Technical Directorate.

Proficiency in using MS Office suite of applications
