Pre-Commissioning Lead (O-1693-2-Q)

Qualifications Bachelors Degree in Applied Sciences or Engineering.

Knowledge and/or Experience

8 years experience with large-project commissioning in the Oil & Gas

Industry, including 1 year of experience in a supervisory role, including

acting roles, or oversight of service/vendor personnel.

Experience with Oil & Gas companies, Contractors, or Service

Companies.

Experiences with pipeline pre-commissioning activities including FCG,

Hydrotest, intelligent pigging (ILI), dewatering, drying, pre-batch

pigging and N2 packing for onshore and offshore pipeline including

interface work with other contractors and SIMOPS.

Experiences for handling Intelligent Pigging (ILI) including technology

adapted for intelligent pigging operations services such as MFL, UT,

EC, EMAT, etc and including experiences for handling geometric/ calliper tools.

Familiar with ICAPS system completion database will be advantageous.

Expert in reading P&IDs, Datasheets, General Arrangement drawings

and procedures.

Knowledge in projects execution, engineering, operations, precommissioning, commissioning and systems completion.

Knowledge in compliance with contract requirements including codes

and standards, and contract technical specification compliance.

Experience with vendors operating in the LNG industry, such as

compressors, power generation, control systems, topsides, etc.

Experience working in large scale operating organizations in

Operations, Projects, Subsurface, etc.

Experience in start-up support to Operation.
