Qualifications*
Bachelor Degree in Applied Sciences or Engineering.
Knowledge and/or Experience*
8 years experience with large project in Oil and Gas industry, including
1 year of experience in a supervisory role, including acting roles or
oversight of service/vendor personnel.
Knowledge in compliance with contract requirements including codes
and standards, and contract technical specification compliance.
Knowledge in projects execution, engineering, operations, precommissioning,
commissioning and systems completion.
Expert in reading P&IDs, Datasheets, General Arrangement drawings
and procedures.
Experience with vendors operating in the LNG industry, such as
compressors, power generation, control systems, topsides, etc.
Experiences for managing commissioning execution and performing
OTs of all electrical systems such as UPS, normal and emergency
power distribution, subsea cable and umbilical and transformers.
Strong knowledge and experience of electrical systems, including LV
and HV systems, power distribution board, control systems,
protection relays and subsea power cable.
Familiar with LOTO procedures and electrical codes and standards.
Experiences for handling EPC contractors, sub-contractors and
vendors.
Conversant with ATEX/IEC regulations.
Experience in start-up support and handover to Operation.
Experience in offshore environment.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with a focus on
teamwork and the ability to communicate and interact within a PMT.
A high level of proficiency in written and spoken English.
Computer literacy involving the regular use of professional office
applications and some technical applications.
Ability to communicate with Contractor's team and obtain required
information as requested.
Experienced with Interface coordination and support activities and
documentation.
