Qualifications*

Bachelors Degree in Applied Sciences or Engineering.

Knowledge and/or Experience:-


8 years experience with large-project commissioning in the Oil & Gas Industry, including 1 year of experience in a supervisory role, including acting roles, or oversight of service/vendor personnel.
Knowledge and experience in discipline Hook-Up and Commissioning delivery processes and associated project phases, familiar with completions walkdowns and Pre-Startup Safety Reviews.
In depth knowledge of Process design, risk-based evaluation of complex technical issues, ensuring deliverables are compliant with project requirements.
Knowledge of flow assurance, hydrostatic and nitrogen leak testing, hook-up and commissioning activities.
Knowledge in performance testing of gas turbine compressors to ensure design specs are met.
Knowledge of design standards, specifications, codes, and appropriate safety criteria related to major fabrication, transport, installation, brownfield execution, and hook-up, as applicable to the project scope.
Experience with Oil & Gas companies, Contractors, or Service Companies.
Expert in reading P&IDs, Datasheets, General Arrangement drawings and procedures.
Knowledge in projects execution, engineering, operations, pre-commissioning, commissioning and systems completion.
Knowledge in compliance with contract requirements including codes and standards, and contract technical specification compliance.
Experience with vendors operating in the LNG industry, such as compressors, power generation, control systems, topsides, etc.
Experience working in large scale operating organizations in Operations, Projects, Subsurface, etc.
Experience in start-up support to Operation.

Able to identify and analyse complex issues and provide recommendations. Prepare contingency plans for unexpected scope changes (pro-active, forward-looking)
Excellent communication skills and ability to read, write, and speak fluent English, with strong teamwork facilitation, with the ability to communicate and interact at all levels of the organization.

Proficient in Microsoft Office suite of software programs, advanced computer literacy.
Knowledge of worldwide vendors and contractors.
