KIDS PLAY ATTENDANT
Actively monitor children to ensure a secure environment, keeping them within sight. Having strong
communication skills to ensure a positive experience for children within the framework of the club rules.
Education, Skills and Experience
Shall have three (3) of experience in childcare, play school, daycare, or similar role
Friendly, patient, and caring personality
Good communication skills (especially with children and parents)
Basic knowledge of child safety and hygiene practices
Ability to handle children calmly and responsibly
Physically active and alert
Course certificate in Basic first aid and CPR
Training in childcare or early childhood education (added advantage)
Responsibilities and Tasks
Always monitor children to ensure a safe play environment
Prevent accidents and respond quickly to any incidents or injuries
Enforce play area rules and age-appropriate usage of equipment
Ensure children are handled with care, patience, and attentiveness
Welcome children and parents in a friendly and approachable manner
Explain play area rules, timings, and safety guidelines
Address concerns or complaints professionally
Maintain a fun, active, and inclusive atmosphere
Keep play equipment, toys, and floors clean and sanitized
Ensure proper hygiene practices (hand sanitizing, clean play surfaces)
Report any damaged or unsafe equipment immediately
Maintain order in the play area and prevent overcrowding
Check that toys and equipment are used properly and stored correctly
