Job Overview:
Looking for an energetic, experienced, and highly motivated fitness group class coach with personal training experience. The selected coach will lead engaging and effective group fitness classes. The role requires someone who excels in coaching group training, possesses strong personal training skills, and embodies professionalism, teamwork, and a strong work ethic.
Essential duties and responsibilities include:
- Maintain the highest standard of coaching as outlined in the Coaches Manual.
- Coach a minimum of three classes a day, expected to coach four classes a day.
- Perform fitness sessions and one-to-one personal training sessions.
- Provide quality service to existing and potential members/clients.
- Maintain a safe, clean, and tidy station environment.
- Demonstrate how to carry out various exercises and routines.
- Watch trainees do exercises and show or tell them the correct techniques to minimize injury and improve fitness.
- Give alternative exercises during workouts or classes for different levels of fitness and skill.
- Monitor trainees progress and suggest any necessary adaptations to programs as needed.
- Explain and enforce safety rules and regulations on fitness training and the use of exercise equipment.
Required Qualifications, Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
- Minimum of 3 years of experience as a fitness group class coach and personal trainer.
- Recognized personal training qualifications or fitness certifications (e.g., ACE, NASM, ACSM, CrossFit Level 1, etc.).
- CPR and First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain).
- Strong knowledge of group fitness instruction and personal training principles.
- Ability to create and lead engaging, safe, and effective group fitness classes.
- Excellent communication skills to motivate, educate, and inspire clients in a group setting.
- Proven ability to design and implement personalized training programs for individuals.
- Leadership skills, flexible, positive attitude.

Package Details
Compensation & Benefits:
- Competitive salary + commission for Personal Training:
- Basic salary 500 KWD for 90 classes a month/6 days a week (Guaranteed salary for low season or holidays).
- Additional payment for extra classes above 90 classes.
- Personal Training Sessions:
- 1 session @ 25 KWD (12.5 KWD per session)
- 5 sessions @ 112.5 KWD (11.25 KWD split per session)
- 8 sessions @ 180 KWD (11.25 KWD split per session)
- 12 sessions @ 240 KWD (10 KWD split per session)
- Shared accommodation or 200 KWD allowance.
