Job Summary:

We are seeking a certified and experienced Pilates Reformer Trainer to join a reputed female-only Pilates Studio in Kuwait. The ideal candidate will be passionate about Pilates and dedicated to helping clients achieve their fitness and wellness goals. This role involves teaching group classes and one-on-one sessions, creating personalized workout plans, and ensuring a safe and effective workout environment for all clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct Pilates Reformer classes and private sessions, providing personalized instruction and guidance.
  • Develop and implement customized Pilates programs based on individual client needs and fitness levels.
  • Demonstrate and teach proper form and technique to ensure client safety and maximize workout effectiveness.
  • Provide modifications and progressions for exercises to accommodate clients of varying skill levels and physical abilities.
  • Maintain a clean and organized studio space, ensuring all equipment is in good working condition.
  • Stay updated on Pilates trends, techniques, and best practices through continuous education and professional development.
  • Foster a positive and motivating environment that encourages client retention and satisfaction.
  • Track and document client progress, providing regular feedback and adjustments to workout plans as needed.
  • Collaborate with other fitness professionals and staff to promote overall health and wellness within the facility.
  • Participate in marketing and promotional activities to attract and retain new clients.

Qualifications:

  • Certification in Pilates Reformer instruction from a recognized institution (e.g., Pilates Method Alliance, STOTT Pilates, Balanced Body).
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience teaching Pilates Reformer classes and private sessions.
  • Strong knowledge of anatomy, kinesiology, and exercise physiology.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to motivate and inspire clients of all fitness levels.
  • Professional, punctual, and reliable.
  • CPR/AED certification is preferred.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, as needed.
  • Ability to take Regular and Private classes.
  • Shifts: Six days a week.

Physical Requirements:

  • Ability to demonstrate and perform Pilates exercises.
  • Capable of standing, walking, and instructing clients for extended periods.
  • Ability to lift and move Pilates equipment as required.
