We are seeking a creative, organized, and driven Social Media and Events Specialist to lead our digital storytelling and event management initiatives. You will be responsible for developing our social media strategy, managing content, and delivering impactful events that enhance our brand and engage our community.

Key Responsibilities:

Social Media Management:

  • Develop and implement a social media strategy aligned with brand objectives.
  • Create, curate, and schedule engaging content across platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, etc.).
  • Monitor digital trends, engage with online communities, and increase follower engagement.
  • Analyze performance metrics, prepare reports, and adjust campaigns based on data insights.
  • Collaborate with design, marketing, and content teams for consistent brand messaging.
  • Localize and Arabize content when necessary.

Event Planning & Execution:

  • Plan and execute a variety of events including product launches, wellness summits, and conferences.
  • Manage logistics end-to-end: vendor coordination, budgeting, scheduling, promotion, and follow-up.
  • Collaborate with internal departments and external stakeholders to ensure smooth event execution.
  • Design event marketing strategies and drive audience engagement.
  • Coordinate and liaise with influencers and brand ambassadors.

Marketing Initiatives:

  • Manage and grow affiliate marketing programs.
  • Design and implement loyalty programs that enhance customer retention and satisfaction.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in social media management and/or event coordination.
  • Strong understanding of social media platforms, digital content trends, and online engagement strategies.
  • Excellent content writing, visual storytelling, and communication skills.
  • Proficiency with tools such as Canva, Hootsuite, Eventbrite, and CRM systems.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and meet deadlines.
  • Experience in the wellness, fitness, or sports industry is highly preferred.
  • Basic skills in photography, videography, and design/video editing.
  • Familiarity with paid advertising on social platforms (Meta Ads, LinkedIn, etc.).

Benefits:

The monthly salary budget for the role is between 7,000 - 8,000 AED, however, we are open to discussion with the right candidate.
