Membership Sales Specialist/BDM - (Tele-Sales Focus)

Role Overview
The primary responsibility of this role is to generate leads and sell premium recreational loyalty memberships through tele-sales and client engagement, while ensuring excellent follow-up and customer experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Source, qualify, and manage sales leads
- Sell premium loyalty memberships via tele-sales and direct client interactions
- Meet with potential clients, understand their needs, and recommend suitable membership solutions
- Prepare basic presentations, reports, and sales documentation
- Coordinate with marketing and internal teams to support sales strategies
- Follow up with clients during and after the sales process to ensure satisfaction and retention
Working Schedule
- 8 hours per day
- 5 days per week & 1-2 hours work from home on 6th day
Requirements
- Proven experience in tele-sales (mandatory)
- Fitness / wellness industry experience preferred
- Strong communication, negotiation, and closing skills
- Target-driven, confident, and professional
- Must be currently based in the UAE and available for immediate or short-notice joining
