Position Overview

  • Schedule: Part time to start. After evaluation period, option to full time

Working Hours

  • Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM - 2:00 PM EST (Optional extension to 4:30 PM EST)

Day-to-Day Responsibilities:

  • Project Management:
    • Utilize Asana for organizing and tracking tasks.

  • Social Media Management:
    • Optimize storefronts on Instagram, TikTok, Pinterest, and Facebook.

    • Manage version pixels and other tracking components.

    • Develop, schedule, and post weekly content; create a year's worth of content aligning with promotions.

    • Create graphics and copy using Canva.

    • Actively reply and engage with customers, influencers, and professionals.

    • Build and manage a presence on Reddit, including replying to social media direct messages.

  • Advertising:
    • Run and monitor PPC ads without new bidding strategies, maintaining existing campaigns.

    • Prepare and deliver reports on ad performance.

  • Influencer and Affiliate Marketing:
    • Use Affable to find influencers and affiliates to promote products and target professionals to buy in volume.

  • Customer Feedback and Engagement:
    • Oversee BazaarVoice to review distributors and reach out to customers for permission to use their photo reviews.

    • Use Pro Website to call professionals who recently purchased, asking for quotes to establish relationships.

  • Backend Management:
    • Perform data entry, update product listings, and make necessary changes on the BigCommerce platform.

Must-Haves:

  • Basic understanding of project management and ability to adopt new software quickly.

  • Some B2B experience and customer service experience.

  • Fluent in English, with excellent written and verbal communication skills.

  • Experience with PPC advertising and social advertising strategy, including Google, Bing, eBay, Amazon, and Walmart.

Nice-to-Haves:

  • Extensive experience in any of the mentioned areas.

Technology:

  • Tools: Microsoft Teams, Slack, Office, BigCommerce, Affable, Excel

  • Each tool requires individual logins as there is no centralized platform.
