Product Specialist – Central Europe

medtechrec is partnered with an international orthopaedic technology company to recruit a Product Specialist covering Central Europe. The position supports surgeons, hospital teams, and distributor partners through operating-room case support, education, and product-adoption activities across orthopaedic and arthroscopy portfolios.

Responsibilities include:

• Providing technical and clinical support during surgical procedures.

• Delivering in-service training, product demonstrations, and workshops.

• Supporting product launches, trials, and clinical evaluations.

• Acting as a liaison between surgeons, distributors, and internal teams.

• Sharing market insights and clinical feedback with commercial leadership.

• Supporting surgeon-education and professional-training initiatives.

Candidate profile:

• Experience within orthopaedics, sports medicine, or surgical devices.

• Strong communication skills and confidence working in theatre environments.

• Ability to manage field-based responsibilities across multiple countries.

• Willingness to travel frequently within the region.

• Fluency in English (additional European language desirable).
