Product Specialist (Osteotomy Product) – Central Europe

medtechrec is partnered with a specialist orthopaedic manufacturer to appoint a Product Specialist focused on osteotomy solutions across Central Europe. This role supports surgeons during complex procedures, provides advanced instrumentation training, and acts as a clinical subject-matter expert for deformity-correction and limb-realignment techniques.

Responsibilities include:

• Delivering in-theatre procedural guidance during osteotomy surgeries.

• Providing advanced training to surgeons and clinical teams.

• Supporting regional workshops, cadaver labs, and scientific-education events.

• Working alongside distributor partners to drive product adoption.

• Supporting case planning discussions where appropriate.

• Acting as the regional clinical reference point for osteotomy techniques.

Candidate profile:

• Strong clinical background in orthopaedics or surgical implants.

• Experience supporting theatre-based procedures (osteotomy exposure desirable).

• Excellent communication and surgeon-engagement capability.

• High willingness to travel across multiple European markets.

• Fluency in English, with an additional Central European language preferred.
