We are looking for an experienced and results-driven Regional Business Manager to join their team. This role is pivotal in driving regional sales growth, cultivating strong client relationships, and delivering exceptional customer support. Success in this position requires a balance of technical expertise, strategic sales abilities, and outstanding interpersonal skills.
Key Responsibilities
Sales Leadership:
- Develop and implement sales strategies to meet or exceed regional revenue goals.
- Identify growth opportunities and foster long-term relationships with new and existing customers.
Client Support:
- Ensure excellent customer support by managing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
- Serve as the primary liaison for key accounts, ensuring high levels of client satisfaction.
Market Analysis:
- Monitor industry trends, competitor activities, and client feedback.
- Leverage insights to refine sales strategies and enhance the value offered to clients.
Relationship Building:
- Cultivate strong, trusting relationships with clients and key stakeholders.
- Regularly engage with clients to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions.
Performance Reporting:
- Generate and present detailed reports on sales outcomes, customer service metrics, and market dynamics.
- Use data to guide strategic planning and decision-making.
Process Optimization:
- Evaluate and refine sales processes to boost efficiency and effectiveness.

Business Expansion:
- Identify new market opportunities, partnerships, and customer segments within EMEA.
- Drive revenue growth and expand the companys market presence in the region.
Strategic Alignment:
- Design and execute regional strategies aligned with the companys broader objectives.

Client Management:
- Develop and maintain productive relationships with key clients and stakeholders.
- Deliver top-tier customer service to secure loyalty and satisfaction.
Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in Life Sciences, Biomedical Engineering, Business, or a related field (advanced degree preferred).
- At least 5 years of experience in sales and customer support within the biotechnology or life sciences sector.
- Proven ability to achieve sales targets and manage customer accounts effectively.
- Strong technical knowledge of biosensor technology and bioanalytical instruments.
- Exceptional communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Willingness to travel as needed for client meetings and industry events.
Physical Requirements:
- Ability to lift, carry, push, or pull items weighing over 50 lbs.
- Comfortable with extended periods of standing, walking, and sitting.
- Dexterity for tasks such as typing, handling phone calls, and pipetting.
- Must successfully pass a health screening.
