Overview: We are seeking a dynamic Sales Team Manager to lead the launch of our new imaging division for a prominent device distributor. This role involves selling established products and spearheading the introduction of two new innovative products in Robotics and Navigation.

Key Responsibilities:

• Launch and oversee the imaging division's sales operations, driving revenue growth and market penetration.
• Sell existing products while strategically introducing new products to the market.
• Develop and implement a comprehensive sales strategy, contributing to the company's broader growth objectives.
• Recruit, train, and manage a team of 2-3 Sales Representatives to achieve divisional sales targets.
• Utilize your strong background in Capital Equipment sales, with a specific focus on Imaging technology.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in Capital Equipment sales, ideally within the Imaging sector.
• Track record of successfully launching and selling new products or divisions.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and mentor a sales team.
• Strategic thinker with innovative ideas to drive business growth.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.

Salary: Circa £55,000-65,000 per annum + £40,000 Commission + Car
