Our client is looking for a Territory Manager to cover all of the Netherlnds.
Responsibilities:
- Generate a high volume of sales activity, including in-person prospecting, product evaluations, phone calls, proposal generation, customer presentations, and negotiations.
- Strategically manage the sales pipeline to maximize revenue opportunities and achieve revenue targets. Analyze pipeline coverage percentage, target, in-forecast hit rate, and deal profile to ensure alignment with monthly, quarterly, and annual goals.
- Adhere to established pipeline management processes and adjust processes as requested.
- Execute sales strategies and techniques to capitalize on identified sales opportunities. Understand the buying process for each account and cultivate relationships with key customer stakeholders.
- Deliver proposals and presentations to customers, offering creative solutions to their problems, presenting benefit statements effectively, providing economic solutions, and demonstrating products skillfully.
- Utilize CRM (Salesforce.com) daily to record and update customer information, share product details, prepare quotes, update sales stages, maintain an accurate forecast, and close deals.
- Actively research market opportunities and engage in strategic business planning and execution to consistently achieve or exceed sales quotas.
- Provide comprehensive sales reporting to leadership, including monthly forecasting.
- Adapt to shifts in market demands and strategies by continuously learning new industry and market information, as well as skills and techniques that lead to increased success.
Qualifications:
- 3+ years of related experience in a similar role, preferably in a multinational medical device or capital equipment organization.
- Experience working for a U.S.-based manufacturing company highly preferred.
- Bachelors degree in a related discipline is required.
- Fluent Dutch language skills and proficiency in professional English are required.
- Preferred professional experience and a track record in the Health Sector, with exposure to operating theatres environment and stakeholders.
- Excellent communication skills with peers in the organization. Ability to develop strong partnership and team-building relationships with all functional areas.
- Ability to work independently and with limited direction when needed.
- Strong service-led ethic and a sense of responsibility, instilling this sentiment within the team.
- Comfortable adapting to changes in the work environment, working under pressure with a sense of urgency, and meeting tight deadlines.
- Adept at prioritizing work and coordinating tasks simultaneously.
Salary: €70,000 + Bonus + Car
