Territory Manager Trauma Orthopaedics

Overview:
The Territory Manager will be responsible for driving sales of the Trauma portfolio within the designated territory, covering Dubai and the surrounding region. This role focuses on targeting and planning activities for strategic accounts while maintaining high technical and clinical knowledge to support surgeons and healthcare professionals. The role includes supporting surgical procedures, delivering training to hospital staff, and organizing educational workshops to promote innovation and excellence in trauma orthopaedics.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive sales growth of the Trauma Orthopaedics portfolio by targeting strategic accounts, ensuring sales targets are consistently achieved or exceeded.
  • Maintain a strong technical and clinical understanding of trauma products to act as a specialist for internal teams and customers.
  • Provide in-theatre support to surgeons during trauma procedures, offering hands-on guidance to ensure optimal product usage and positive patient outcomes.
  • Train surgeons, surgical trainees, and theatre personnel on the correct use of trauma orthopaedic products, ensuring proficiency and safety.
  • Plan and facilitate cadaveric and workshop training sessions to enhance surgeon education and familiarity with trauma solutions.
  • Collaborate with the Product Manager and Sales Director to support internal training initiatives and represent the company at regional and national conferences.
  • Build and maintain relationships with key accounts, providing ongoing support, product updates, and addressing any clinical or technical inquiries.
  • Ensure all sales processes, including ordering, consignment requests, and workshop logistics, are completed in compliance with company policies.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelors degree in biomedical sciences, healthcare, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
  • Proven experience in orthopaedics, particularly in the trauma segment, with a strong understanding of surgical environments and workflows.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage and influence multiple stakeholders across hospitals and business operations.
  • Demonstrated experience in developing and delivering comprehensive training materials and educational programs.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and maintain a balance between sales and customer education priorities.
