Overview:
Join a world-renowned international company as an Account Manager, specializing in driving sales and providing clinical support for an advanced Foot & Ankle product portfolio. Covering the vibrant and strategic territory of West London, youll play a vital role in delivering exceptional customer service, supporting surgical teams, and building strong relationships with key stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:
- Sales Leadership: Drive sales growth by targeting strategic accounts and consistently exceeding sales targets within the Foot & Ankle portfolio.
- Clinical Expertise: Maintain in-depth technical and clinical knowledge of Foot & Ankle products, serving as a trusted advisor to both internal teams and external customers.
- Surgical Support: Attend surgical procedures to provide hands-on product guidance and ensure optimal use of Foot & Ankle products, contributing to positive patient outcomes.
- Training & Education: Train surgeons, surgical trainees, and theatre staff on the correct use of products, and organize cadaveric and sawbone workshops to enhance product familiarity.
- Key Account Management: Develop and maintain strong relationships with key accounts, ensuring ongoing support, product updates, and addressing clinical or technical inquiries.
- Event Participation: Collaborate with the Foot & Ankle Product Manager during internal training events and national conferences to showcase expertise in the product portfolio.
- Process Excellence: Ensure all sales processes, including ordering, consignment requests, and educational workshops, comply with company policies and guidelines.
Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree (preferably in biomedical sciences) or equivalent experience.
- Proven experience in orthopaedics, specifically within the Foot & Ankle segment, with familiarity in surgical environments.
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills, capable of engaging diverse stakeholders.
- Experience in delivering training and education to surgeons and theatre teams.
- Exceptional organizational skills to manage multiple priorities, combining sales growth with educational initiatives.
