Covering the vibrant and strategic territory of West London, youll play a vital role in delivering exceptional customer service, supporting surgical teams, and building strong relationships with key stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Sales Leadership: Drive sales growth by targeting strategic accounts and consistently exceeding sales targets within the Foot & Ankle portfolio.
  • Clinical Expertise: Maintain in-depth technical and clinical knowledge of Foot & Ankle products, serving as a trusted advisor to both internal teams and external customers.
  • Surgical Support: Attend surgical procedures to provide hands-on product guidance and ensure optimal use of Foot & Ankle products, contributing to positive patient outcomes.
  • Training & Education: Train surgeons, surgical trainees, and theatre staff on the correct use of products, and organize cadaveric and sawbone workshops to enhance product familiarity.
  • Key Account Management: Develop and maintain strong relationships with key accounts, ensuring ongoing support, product updates, and addressing clinical or technical inquiries.
  • Event Participation: Collaborate with the Foot & Ankle Product Manager during internal training events and national conferences to showcase expertise in the product portfolio.
  • Process Excellence: Ensure all sales processes, including ordering, consignment requests, and educational workshops, comply with company policies and guidelines.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelors degree (preferably in biomedical sciences) or equivalent experience.
  • Proven experience in orthopaedics, specifically within the Foot & Ankle segment, with familiarity in surgical environments.
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills, capable of engaging diverse stakeholders.
  • Experience in delivering training and education to surgeons and theatre teams.
  • Exceptional organizational skills to manage multiple priorities, combining sales growth with educational initiatives.
