Overview
Our client is seeking a high-performing Sales Representative based in Georgia, with primary focus on the Atlanta area, to support growth across surgical centers, outpatient facilities, and clinical environments. This role is responsible for generating new business opportunities, strengthening relationships with healthcare professionals, and driving adoption of advanced orthopedic and spine therapy technologies throughout the region.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement strategic sales plans to expand market presence across the assigned Georgia territory.

  • Identify, engage, and convert prospective customers including hospitals, ambulatory surgery centers, rehabilitation facilities, and specialty surgical practices.

  • Present, position, and demonstrate innovative clinical technologies to physicians, surgeons, and healthcare staff.

  • Build, manage, and grow long-term relationships with existing accounts through ongoing support, training, and education.

  • Represent the business at industry events, conferences, and networking forums across the Atlanta market and wider region.

  • Partner closely with internal commercial, clinical, and service teams to ensure seamless customer experience.

  • Consistently achieve or exceed sales quotas and performance objectives.

  • Maintain accurate territory forecasting, reporting, and CRM records.

Qualifications

  • Minimum two years of sales experience within medical devices or healthcare; Orthopedics or Spine experience strongly preferred.

  • Demonstrated success in a quota-driven, territory-based sales role.

  • Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills, with the ability to influence and educate clinical stakeholders.

  • Strong organizational, planning, and time-management capabilities.

  • Willingness to travel extensively across Georgia (with frequent travel across the Atlanta metro area); occasional overnight trips may be required.

  • Valid drivers license and clean driving record.

  • Self-motivated, accountable, and professional, with a proactive approach to territory development.
