They are now looking for a Territory Manager to cover the North East, responsible for developing new business and managing existing accounts across a diverse customer base.

The Role

As Territory Manager, you will take ownership of your region, building strong commercial and clinical partnerships while driving adoption of market-leading critical care technologies.

Key responsibilities:

  • Manage and grow sales across the territory to achieve revenue targets.

  • Develop relationships with clinicians, procurement teams, and senior stakeholders.

  • Conduct product evaluations, demonstrations, and training sessions.

  • Identify and convert new business opportunities.

  • Provide accurate forecasting, reporting, and market insights to support strategy.

Candidate Profile

We are seeking a driven sales professional with:

  • 2+ years B2B sales experience (medical devices/healthcare preferred).

  • Bachelors degree (or equivalent experience).

  • Strong pipeline management and negotiation skills.

  • Ability to influence both clinical and non-clinical decision-makers.

  • Resilient, organised, and target-driven with a consultative approach.
