Our client is seeking a highly capable, data-driven Sales Development Representative who integrates AI tools into their daily workflow to enhance prospecting efficiency, qualification accuracy, and conversion performance. This role is suited to an SDR who combines strong outbound fundamentals with analytical thinking and a modern, technology-enabled approach to sales development.

Key Responsibilities

  • Build and manage a high-quality outbound pipeline using AI-enhanced research and sequencing tools

  • Identify, qualify, and prioritise prospects using data insights and account intelligence

  • Execute structured outreach cadences across phone, email, and LinkedIn

  • Use AI tools for lead scoring, message personalisation, and objection-handling preparation

  • Book discovery meetings and pass opportunities to Account Executives with full context

  • Maintain accurate CRM records, activity tracking, and conversion reporting

  • Contribute to continuous optimisation through testing and performance analysis

  • Collaborate with marketing and sales leadership on prospecting strategy

Candidate Profile

  • Proven track record in an SDR or BDR role within SaaS, technology, or healthtech environments

  • Demonstrable day-to-day use of AI tools for research, drafting, enrichment, or workflow automation

  • Strong understanding of outbound metrics, funnels, and pipeline contribution

  • Comfortable working with data, dashboards, and performance analytics

  • Curious, proactive, and highly coachable with a growth-oriented mindset
