Business Development Manager – Thailand
medtechrec is partnered with a leading international medical device organisation to recruit a Business Development Manager for Thailand. The role will focus on strengthening national market presence, expanding access to orthopaedic and sports-medicine technologies, and supporting sustainable revenue growth via distributor optimisation and surgeon engagement.
Responsibilities include:

Developing national go-to-market and expansion strategies.

Managing and motivating distributor networks to achieve sales objectives.

Building relationships with surgeons, KOLs, hospital executives, and procurement teams.

Supporting tenders, pricing frameworks, and commercial negotiations.

Coordinating clinical workshops, congress activities, and product-education events.

Supporting introduction of new technologies into key hospital accounts.

Providing structured market insight and performance analysis to senior leadership.
Candidate profile:

Proven commercial experience in Thailands medical device sector (orthopaedics desirable).

Understanding of reimbursement pathways and hospital procurement processes.

Strong stakeholder-management and partner-development capability.
-
Able to balance strategic planning with hands-on market activity.

Excellent communication skills in Thai and English, with willingness to travel nationally.
