Product Specialist – Mexico

medtechrec is partnered with a growing global orthopaedic device organisation to recruit a Product Specialist in Mexico. This field-based position supports surgeons and distributor teams through clinical case coverage, technical training, and product-education activities across orthopaedic and sports-medicine product lines.

Responsibilities include:

• Providing in-theatre support and procedural guidance during surgeries.

• Training surgeons, clinical staff, and distributor sales teams.

• Supporting workshops, demonstrations, and professional-education programs.

• Assisting distributor activities through clinical expertise and case support.

• Gathering structured feedback from clinicians and hospital stakeholders.

• Supporting new technology adoption and product-introduction initiatives.

Candidate profile:

• Previous medical-device field-support experience (orthopaedics preferred).

• Strong knowledge of surgical workflows and clinical environments.

• Excellent communication and customer-engagement skills.

• Ability to travel across assigned territories and manage field schedules.

• Fluency in Spanish (English advantageous).
