Overview
Our client is seeking a driven and commercially focused Orthopedics Sales Representative to support growth across key markets in Louisiana, working closely with surgeons, surgical centers, hospitals, and outpatient facilities. The role centers on developing new business opportunities, strengthening clinical relationships, and expanding adoption of advanced orthopedic technologies across the state.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute territory sales strategies to increase orthopedic market share across Louisiana.

  • Identify and engage prospective customers, including orthopedic practices, hospitals, ambulatory surgery centers, and rehabilitation settings.

  • Present, demonstrate, and communicate the clinical and economic value of orthopedic solutions to surgeons and clinical teams.

  • Maintain and grow relationships with existing accounts through ongoing support, education, training, and follow-up.

  • Represent the organization at orthopedic conferences, trade shows, and professional networking events.

  • Collaborate with internal commercial and clinical teams to deliver high-quality service and customer support.

  • Consistently meet or exceed assigned sales targets and performance objectives.

  • Manage territory activity, pipeline reporting, and CRM documentation with accuracy and discipline.

Qualifications

  • Minimum two years of sales experience in medical devices or healthcare, with orthopedics experience strongly preferred.

  • Proven success operating in a quota-driven, territory-based role.

  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills, with the ability to influence and educate orthopedic surgeons and clinical stakeholders.

  • Excellent planning, organization, and time-management capabilities.

  • Willingness to travel extensively across Louisiana, including occasional overnight travel when required.

  • Valid drivers license and clean driving record.

  • Self-motivated, accountable, and proactive, with a strong sense of ownership for territory development.
