Regional Sales Director - CRM/EP

This role is responsible for driving regional execution of sales strategy, clinical adoption, and account development across a portfolio of advanced cardiovascular technologies used in operating rooms, hybrid surgical suites, and EP environments.

The role acts as a critical link between field teams and senior leadership, ensuring clear communication of market intelligence, customer needs, and competitive dynamics.

Core responsibilities include:

  • Leading field teams responsible for clinical sales, procedural support, and account development
  • Driving regional revenue growth, procedural uptake, and product penetration
  • Setting and monitoring sales forecasts, performance targets, and execution plans
  • Partnering with marketing and clinical education teams to support targeted training, awareness initiatives, and procedural expansion efforts
  • Continuously reviewing weekly and monthly performance data to identify gaps, risks, and growth opportunities
  • Ensuring structured and consistent communication across all field personnel and leadership stakeholders
  • Developing and maintaining strategic hospital and health system relationships, including key opinion leaders and procedural champions
  • Building long-term account development plans that support sustainable procedural growth and value delivery
  • Supporting major conferences, clinical meetings, and regional/national educational initiatives
  • Ensuring compliance with hospital credentialing, access requirements, and institutional onboarding processes

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree required, or equivalent combination of education and extensive commercial/clinical experience 
  • 8+ Years in medical device sales, clinical sales leadership, or cardiovascular technology commercial roles
  • Strong understanding of healthcare economics, procedural adoption, and value-based selling in clinical environments
  • Proven ability to translate data and market insights into actionable commercial strategy
  • Experience working within complex hospital systems and specialist physician environments (e.g., cardiology, cardiac surgery, electrophysiology)
  • Strategic mindset with ability to support long-term regional planning and portfolio growth
  • Comfortable with travel of around ~25%+
