We specialise in placing General Practitioners (GPs) and healthcare professionals across Australia. We are seeking a Commission-Only Recruitment Consultant to join our growing team.

About the Role

Fully commission-based role with total flexibility
Source GP candidates and other healthcare professionals
Manage candidate pipelines using our ATS
Build strong relationships with medical clinics
Conduct outreach calls, emails, and LinkedIn sourcing
Match candidates to clinics and manage the full process
Negotiate offers and support both candidates and clinics
Close placements and earn high commissions

Ideal Candidate

Recruitment or sales experience preferred
Excellent communication and negotiation skills
Motivated, disciplined, and target-driven

Able to work independently
Healthcare recruitment experience is a bonus
