Position: Healthcare Assistant

Location: Salford, UK

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist residents with daily activities, promoting independence and dignity.
• Provide compassionate and person-centered care to meet the unique needs of each individual.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure a holistic approach to resident well-being.
• Foster positive relationships with residents, families, and colleagues to create a supportive community.

Qualifications and Skills:

• NVQ Level 2 or equivalent in Health and Social Care.
• Previous experience in a similar role is desirable but not essential we value a compassionate heart and a willingness to learn.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build trust and rapport with residents and colleagues.
• Empathy, patience, and a genuine commitment to delivering high-quality care.
