Job Title: Eye Surgeon Partner - Goya Health Network

Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced and highly skilled Eye Surgeon to join the Goya Health Network as a partner. As a Eye Surgeon Partner, you will be responsible for providing high-quality plastic surgery services to patients referred by Goya Health Network. You will also work closely with the partnership team to develop and implement strategic plans to increase the number of patients referred to you.

Responsibilities:

• Provide Cataract surgery services to patients referred by Goya Health Network, ensuring that all treatments are carried out to the highest standards of safety and quality.
• Work closely with the partnership team to develop and implement strategic plans to increase the number of patients referred to you.
• Maintain accurate records of patient treatments and outcomes, and ensure that all necessary documentation is completed accurately and on time.
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure that patients receive comprehensive care throughout their treatment.
• Keep up-to-date with the latest developments in plastic surgery techniques and technologies, and share this knowledge with the partnership team.
• Attend relevant conferences and events to promote the partnership and network with potential partners.
• Provide input into the development of marketing materials and campaigns to promote plastic surgery services to the network.

Requirements:

• Medical degree and qualifications in Eye Surgery.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Plastic Surgeon, with a proven track record of providing high-quality services.
• Registration with the General Medical Council (GMC)  or local Body and on the Specialist Register for Eye Surgery.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with patients and other healthcare professionals.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make sound clinical judgements.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
