Clinical Manager
Manage day to day clinic operations, ensuring clinical quality expectations are met- Compliance oversight including, but not limited to: Office of Inspector General, Joint Commission, and Environment of Care Lab compliance and other related items- Emphasis on the review/ management of clinics expenses and financial performance - Take an active role in enrollment growth and retention- Provide patient and family education with a focus on self-management, prevention, and wellness - Monitor discharge list and contact patients for follow up- Establish and maintain a warm, welcoming, and professional atmosphere for our colleagues and veterans, ensuring needs and expectations are consistently met- Hold meetings to keep clinic staff informed- Maintain necessary documentation for staff- Maintain the SDS book and run encounter reports- Approve attendance, time off requests, and time sheets- Ensure all alerts are being maintained- Manage and maintain examination supply stock

Adjust behavior when appropriate- Critical Thinking - Use logic and reasoning to identifystrengths and weaknesses of any potential solutions,conclusions and/or the approach to problems- Conflict Resolution Exhibit the ability to apply a broad range of clinical problem-solving skills which may include: Mitigating intra-office disagreements Addressing and resolving patient conflicts/complaints to include PATS-R and white house hotline complaints- Consistency Display the ability to create consistent work habits, despite some of which appear redundant
