Clinical Project Implementation Manager - Remote

Overview:

We are a fast-growing health tech startup focused on revolutionizing the healthcare industry through innovative solutions. We are currently seeking a Clinical Project Implementation Manager to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have experience in clinical settings, particularly in EHR implementation, and possess strong technical and communication skills.

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with the executive team to develop and execute strategies for successful EHR implementation within healthcare systems.

• Provide clinical expertise and guidance throughout the implementation process, ensuring alignment with industry standards and best practices.

• Interface with hospital staff, including senior revenue business cycle leaders and IT staff, to address questions and concerns related to access requirements, workflow integration, and system functionalities.

• Assist in mapping out EHR implementation plans tailored to the specific needs of each healthcare system, with a focus on optimizing workflow efficiency and patient care.

• Act as a liaison between us and healthcare clients, fostering strong relationships and providing ongoing support and guidance.

• Stay up-to-date on industry trends and regulatory requirements related to EHR implementation, ensuring compliance and adherence to standards.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., healthcare administration, nursing, health informatics).

• Previous experience in clinical settings, with a focus on EHR implementation preferred.

• Strong understanding of healthcare workflows and system integration processes.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with stakeholders at all levels.

• Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving abilities.

• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.

• Familiarity with healthcare technology platforms, particularly Epic, is a plus.

Compensation:

• Compensation for this position is primarily equity-based, with potential for additional compensation based on project milestones and long-term commitment.
