Job Overview
The Account Managers role is to oversee a portfolio of assigned customers, develop new business from existing clients, and actively seek new sales opportunities. Ensure complete client satisfaction with the company's product or service.

Major Responsibilities and Duties:
1. Drives accounts and actively develops opportunities to expand product sales within existing clients.
2. Identify areas of improvement for existing client/s and meet sales quotas.
3. Builds and manages relationships with existing clients.
4. Negotiate contracts with clients; establish a timeline of performance.
5. Conduct quarterly client business reviews and prepare sales reports.
6. Clearly communicate the progress of monthly/quarterly initiatives to internal and external team
members.
7. Provide monthly product and revenue forecasts by account.
8. Establish budgets with the client and company.
9. Keep accurate records of inventory and account notes.
10. Maintain and grow sales by identifying new upsell and cross-sell opportunities.
11. Ensure the timely and successful delivery of solutions according to customer needs and objectives.
12. Work closely with internal teams such as Customer Service, and Product Development, to improve
the entire customer experience.
13. Maintain updated knowledge of company products, services, and trends.
14. Manage social media campaigns (Facebook, Twitter, TikTok, Instagram) and other organic and
paid campaigns.
Other Duties
1. Observes/complies with company policies and procedures.
2. Performs other related duties as may be assigned.
QUALIFICATION AND EXPERIENCE
Qualifications
Education:
Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree in Business Administration, Operation
Management, or equivalent.
