The Opportunity:

As our Marketing and Social Media Co-Ordinator, you will be the driving force behind our digital

presence. Your role will be crucial in demonstrating and promoting our company values to the world.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute creative marketing strategies that align with our core values and brand
• identity.
• Support in establishing an MDE brand identity.
• Manage and curate engaging content across various social media platforms, driving brand
• awareness and fostering meaningful connections with our audience.
• Monitor social media trends and analytics to optimize performance and ensure our content
• resonates with our target audience.
• Collaborate with various teams to create captivating campaigns and promotional materials
• that reflect our company values and goals.
• Create high-quality visual content using Canva and Adobe products (e.g., Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) to enhance marketing materials and social media assets.
• Stay abreast of industry developments, emerging trends, and best practices to infuse innovation into our marketing initiatives.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in marketing and social media, with a portfolio showcasing successful
  campaigns.
• A self-starter with a strong work ethic, who thrives in a fast-paced environment and
  embraces challenges with a can-do attitude.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, to effectively convey our brand
  story and values.
• Creative thinking and a passion for exploring innovative ways to engage our audience and
  promote our mission.
• Familiarity with social media analytics tools and the ability to interpret data to drive
  actionable insights.
• A genuine alignment with our company values and a desire to make a meaningful impact on
  our organization and community.
• Support the Recruitment Co-Ordinator with campaigns for vacancies and be familiar with the
  role to assist on an ad-hoc basis in the absence of the Recruitment Co-Ordinator.

Location: MDE Installations Unit 2, Bogues Business Park, Dublin Road, Lathlorcan, Co. Monaghan

Hours: Monday to Friday 8:30am to 17:00pm (office based with occasional site visits)
