Job Summary:
Client is looking for an enthusiastic, ambitious team member to join their Corporate Marketing team. This person must embrace change, be self-motivated and inspire others inside and outside the department. Individual should be able to communicate directly and openly with all levels in our organization. There will be many opportunities for the successful candidate to engage their innovative and creative problem-solving skills to help move the department to the next level. It is a must that the CRM Administrator has a high degree of personal integrity in dealing with customers, superiors, subordinates, and co-workers and will represent client in a professional manner. The successful candidate will live in both the big picture as well as in the details, desire to make an impact, and work well on a team and individually.

- We are located in Warrenville, Illinois.

Must Have Skills:
- Microsoft Dynamics CRM Administrator Experience.
- Degree or comparable trainings and certificates.
- Ability to build and customize reports in CRM system.
IDEAL CANDIDATE
- Will have at least 3 years experience as a MS Dynamics Administrator in any industry.
- They will have experience in pulling reports, identifying duplicates and removing them, identifying out of date and incorrect items.
- This person will need to be able to train, address technical issues and have a strong internal customer service experience.
YOU WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR:
- Ensure CRM use is maximized for sales processes.
- Build and customizes reports, views and dashboards.
- Design and implement process workflows within CRM.
- Maintain user profiles and settings.
- Create and update work instructions.
- Provide CRM training and support within Plymouth.
- Ensure CRM data integrity.
- Serve as CRM Helpdesk.
- Manage vendor relationship with CRM consultant.
- Collaborate with IT to ensure data integrity and security.
WHAT YOULL NEED TO SUCCEED:
- 3 -5 years of experience with Microsoft Dynamics CRM
- Business to business experience, industrial preferred
- Degree OR comparable trainings and certificates
EXPERIENCES YOULL NEED:
