We are currently seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Manager (BDM) to join our team and help us expand our client base in the US and international markets.

Role Overview

As the Business Development Manager, you will play a pivotal role in driving growth by identifying new business opportunities and building strong relationships with potential clients. Your experience in the BPO sector will be invaluable as you leverage your network and industry knowledge to position MCVO as a preferred partner.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead Generation: Identify and engage potential clients through various channels, including cold calling, networking, and social media.
  • Market Research: Analyze industry trends and client needs to inform business strategies and identify growth opportunities.
  • Sales Strategy Development: Collaborate with the sales team to create and implement effective sales strategies that drive revenue growth.
  • Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure their needs are met and foster long-term partnerships.
  • Performance Monitoring: Track sales performance metrics and provide regular reports to management on progress toward goals.

Qualifications

  • Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field; a masters degree is preferred.
  • 5 years of experience in business development or sales, with a minimum of 3 years of experience in this role working for a BPO.
  • Strong track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.
  • Deep understanding of US business culture, including small, privately held / entrepreneurial companies
  • Excellent communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to analyze market data and develop strategic plans based on insights.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • A proactive approach with strong problem-solving capabilities.
