Centinela Hospital Medical Center is seeking a Board-Certified or Board-Eligible Endocrinologist to join its hospital-employed, multi-specialty medical group in Inglewood, California. This is an excellent opportunity to practice in a collaborative, multidisciplinary environment with a balanced mix of inpatient consults and outpatient care.

The incoming physician will work closely with hospitalists and subspecialty teams, supporting a growing endocrinology program within a well-established hospital setting.

Practice Overview

Centinela Hospital Medical Center is a 369-bed acute care hospital serving Inglewood and the greater Los Angeles area. The hospital offers a full range of services including cardiology, ICU care, emergency services, and surgical specialties, supporting comprehensive patient care.

The endocrinology service is integrated within a multi-specialty framework, allowing for coordinated care and strong collaboration across departments.

What You'll Do

• Provide inpatient endocrinology consults and outpatient clinic care
• Manage diabetes, thyroid disorders, and other endocrine conditions
• Collaborate with hospitalists and specialty providers
• Deliver patient-centered, evidence-based care
• Participate in shared call coverage

Schedule

Full-Time

• Monday–Friday schedule
• Standard daytime hours

What We're Looking For

• Board-Certified or Board-Eligible in Endocrinology
• Active California medical license or ability to obtain
• Strong clinical judgment and collaborative mindset
• Commitment to high-quality, patient-centered care

Compensation

• Base salary: $275,000 – $300,000 annually (commensurate with experience)
• Productivity bonus based on collections
• Health insurance: self-funded EPO (HMO) at no cost to provider
