Psychiatrist – $400K–$550K + Sign-On | No Weekends | Victorville, CA

Alliance for Wellness is a well-established physician-founded and physician-led psychiatric group serving Southern California since 2010.

We are currently seeking a Board-Certified or Board-Eligible Psychiatrist to join our diverse and seasoned group of Board-Certified Providers to support our Outpatient Office located in Victorville, CA, with additional coverage at our partner hospitals throughout San Bernardino County.

Responsibilities:

• Provide primarily outpatient psychiatric care through our Victorville office, with approximately a 70% outpatient / 30% inpatient mix.
• Provide psychiatric coverage and visit partner hospitals throughout San Bernardino County as needed.
• Provide collaborative and efficient patient care while working closely with our multidisciplinary team of Psychiatrists and Psychiatric Nurse Practitioners.
• Manage various aspects of psychiatric care, including evaluations, consultations, psychiatric holds, discharge disposition, and ongoing treatment as appropriate.
• Help build and strengthen clinical relationships with our partner hospitals throughout San Bernardino County.
• Utilize facility and practice EMR systems to provide coordinated and efficient patient care.

Position Details and Qualifications:

• Will primarily support our Outpatient Office located in Victorville, CA, with some inpatient responsibilities at partner hospitals throughout San Bernardino County.
• Approximately 70% outpatient / 30% inpatient.
• Work Schedule: Monday to Friday preferred, with the possibility of a 4-day workweek.
• No weekend coverage required.
• Salary Range: $400,000–$550,000, depending on experience and schedule.
• Sign-on bonus available.
• 1099 Independent Contractor position.
• J-1 candidates are welcome to apply.
• Preferred start date of October 1, with a January start also considered.
• Spanish speaking preferred.
• Open for Part-Time (at least 2-3 shifts a week)
