Hospice Liaison

Reliance Hospice and Palliative Care is seeking an enthusiastic Hospice Liaison to join our Sales Team! This position is full-time and the coverage area is in Orange County.

Salary starts at $80,000.00 annually, with great bonus structure potential.

Responsibilities:

• Act as a liaison between families and the agency during the admission process.
• Establish an ongoing viable network of referral sources that supports the facility and ensures the census and program goals of the agency are achieved and maintained.
• Support the team in developing and maintaining sales and marketing plans, strategies, and public relations opportunities to promote and communicate the Reliance vision and mission statement.
• Proactively seek out potential clients and families for our hospice services
• Coordinate referral process for patients starting hospice services

Qualifications

• Medical Assistant or any healthcare related degree, preferred.
• 2+ years of experience in Healthcare or Marketing related field.
• Healthcare, specially hospice and/or palliative knowledge, highly preferred.
• Current and valid driver's license
• Excellent skills in communication, organization, and relationship building
• Spanish speaker preferred
