St. Mary of Nazareth Hospital in Chicago is seeking a skilled and compassionate Orthopedic Surgeon to join our team. This is a full-time, hospital-employed position offering a rewarding opportunity to deliver high-quality orthopedic care in a respected community hospital with access to advanced surgical technologies, strong referral networks, and a supportive clinical team.

Position Details:

  • Diagnose and treat a wide range of musculoskeletal conditions and injuries
  • Perform surgical and non-surgical procedures including joint replacements, fracture care, and sports injuries.
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to deliver comprehensive patient-centered care
  • Participate in hospital-based orthopedic call coverage
  • Maintain accurate and timely documentation using electronic medical records
  • Utilize hospital resources including modern ORs and state-of-the-art surgical equipment
  • Full-time schedule with a mix of OR and clinic time

A reasonable compensation estimate for this role, which includes estimated wages, benefits, and other forms of compensation, is $650,000 to $700,000 on an annualized basis. The exact starting compensation to be offered will be determined at the time of selecting an applicant for hire, in which a wide range of factors will be considered, including but not limited to, skillset, years of applicable experience, education, credentials and licensure.
