Position Highlights

• Employment Options: 1099 Independent Contractor

• Practice Scope: Bread-and-butter general surgery with optional advanced procedures; robotics available

• Setting: Hospital-based practice with outpatient clinic on campus

• Call Schedule: Every 3rd day; weekend coverage every 3rd weekend

• Candidate Eligibility: Board Certified or Board Eligible in General Surgery

Compensation & Benefits

• Annual base: $350,000 plus $40,000 performance bonus (negotiable)

• Sign-on bonus and relocation allowance negotiable

• Partnership track available in outpatient practice

• Malpractice insurance provided
